Principal Accountabilities

In addition to following McDonald’s policies and procedures, principle accountabilities include, but are not limited to:

Planning / Process Management

  • Collaborates with the Field Execution Team/Leadership to support, maintain, and update the National Development Plan and monthly capital and income projections.

  • Participates in the implementation of new Home Office development initiatives affecting the FETs/Regions (i.e., Modernization, EOTF)

  • Leads the annual plan process and provides training and support to field teams on use of planning tools.

  • Provides reporting and insights on development initiatives for Management Bundle (communication) as requested.

  • Provides support to field teams as the subject matter expert in our reporting tools: MT, Report Manager, RCA, and related RBis applications.

  • Initiates analysis of pipeline and works with Field Execution Teams to maintain various tools with accurate information, including cancellation of terminated and duplicate projects


  • Identifies and analyzes development plan trends and results against plan achievement.

  • Develops actionable reporting to enable field teams to focus / refocus resources against key development milestones (i.e. ground breaks, permitting)· Provides information that supports the planning process to the Financial COE.

· Prepares ad hoc reporting for leadership meetings, presentations, etc. as requested.
