Job Description:

This position will be responsible for planning, designing, and tracking the performance of assigned kitchen equipment to ensure that it meets the needs of McDonald’s with respect to performance, quality, capacity, system fit and life cycle costs. Will work within a systematic development process that is integrated with key internal and external customers. Will apply advanced technical and system knowledge to develop recommendations and to guide and influence others in multi-product programs.

Minimum Requirements:

• BS in Engineering, Science, Business or equivalent work experience

• A minimum of 5 years experience in equipment design and manufacturing

• Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal

• Excel in a team based environment

• Proven ability to communicate to all levels of an organization, from production staff to the company President

• Effective project management skills within a multitasking environment

• Ability to manage multiple projects
