McDonald's Global Technology Services (GTS) organisation is responsible for the planning, design, and delivery of IT infrastructure services to our global market and corporate customers. Our mission is to be the global technology solution and service provider of choice, driving business value through high quality, simplified, infrastructure services.

GTS is looking for an experienced IT leader to be accountable for the adoption and value realisation of Infrastructure Shared Services across McDonald’s markets in Europe. The role extends GTS leadership in to both the Segment Alignment & Market IT organisations and serves as matrix member of Market CIO leadership team.

Success in this role will result in:

· Well established relationships with Segment Alignment leadership, Market CIOs and their teams

· High levels of trust in resources, products and services

· Broad adoption of core products and services

· Regular, transparent and consistent communications

· High quality, cost effective, products and services aligned to market needs

The primary responsibilities of the role include:

· Matrix management of global/market resources and partners

· Managing feature, quality and performance expectations regarding GTS products and services

· Partnering to ensure market business requirements are represented in products and services

· Prioritising, sequencing and driving adoption of products and services

· Leadership of product and services deployment programmes

· Acting as a strong market advocate, ensuring that products and services are delivered and operated as described

· Understanding and contributing to service/product documentation, SLAs and go-to-market strategies
