Track record of relevant experience designing and developing learning solutions for a min of 7 years

Responsibilities:

· Collaborates effectively with business partners to assess learning needs and create learning solutions to address the need at a Global scale across all markets

· Develop and implement processes to design and develop solutions that enable input from the markets and other critical stakeholders, speed to market delivery and learner utilization to improve performance.

· Develop and execute learning solution design project plans so that design efforts are successful, solutions are translated and markets can implement with minimal localization

· Ensures utilization of content guidelines for design team and outside developers to create alignment across the function.

· Enables smart localization: Define and identify localization needs and parameters across the markets so that the Global core curricula is implemented consistently and there are clear guidelines for minimal market localization.

Develop and Execute Plans

· Prepares and delivers project documentation, status reports, and communications with stakeholders and business clients

· Responsible for scoping work and delivering quality learning and performance support solutions on time and within budget

· Builds relationships with vendor partners to ensure good working relationships.

· Manages performance of providers to deliver quality solutions according to McDonalds standards

· Work alongside business partners to architect learning solutions with an instructional strategy that includes a variety of delivery techniques compatible within existing infrastructure

· Develops talent within the department and the markets and builds advocacy for human performance improvement with stakeholders, subject matter experts and project teams.
