Job Description:

We are looking to grow the Design and Innovation team that is helping lead the digital transformation at McDonald’s. The team actively designs, develops, and supports the implementation of important and highly visible initiatives that deliver customer-centric digital experiences and business growth.

We are looking for candidates to be a Product Design Lead that can lead teams to create better, more forward-thinking products and solutions. This person will lead research and strategy, information architecture, and interaction design to develop great user experiences. The ideal person can work collaboratively, effectively visually and verbally communicate ideas, and nuanced design details. The role requires strong expertise in several of the areas of UI and visual design, ecommerce, design research, prototyping and usability testing.

Minimum Requirements:

Education/Experience :

  • Human-centered design (research, concepts and prototyping, design)

  • Project management methods

  • Minimum 4-6 years work experience in UI design related field

  • Experience in assembling and leading design efforts, including internal and external resources

  • A strong portfolio that demonstrates design and strategic thinking, as well as core interaction design skills across a variety of project categories - e.g.websites, software applications, interactive installations,

  • touch/voice/gesture-based interaction models.
