Managers lead shifts every week, making sure customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience every visit. But some managers also lead Departments. These managers’ responsibilities may include managing assigned Systems, like Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management, setting goals, delegating tasks to their teams, following up, and reporting results back to their team and other managers.

The First Impressions Coordinator’s responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Ensuring Crew and Managers deliver an exceptional and highly satisfied guest experience. • Sales promotions are executed according to McDonald’s procedures and standards. • All First Impressions Associates and management support staff are trained in service procedures. • Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas are organized according to the “Be Well Served” guidelines in order to produce the best service for our guests.
