Job Description:

Lead a team of employees and consultants that is responsible for understanding and conveying business needs from an Operations/Business perspective into technology requirements.

The candidate will have a background in POS functionality, accompanied by a strong operations focus and technology experience.

Minimum Requirements:


  • Bachelor's Degree in CS, IT, IS or other similar

  • 5+ years of Business Analyst experience in IT Software Development Life Cycle for Waterfall and Agile

  • 2+ years of POS experience with the ability to provide business and operational direction on business requirements, change requests, and technical designs for current functionality and future enhancements


  • Work with minimal oversight

  • Ability to lead and collaborate with a diverse work group

  • Must be capable of prioritizing requirements based upon Business / Deployment needs

  • Establish formal review for impacts to other products via Impact Analysis

  • Proven ability to effectively self-direct and prioritize multiple projects/issues with a high degree of complexity in a fast paced and changing environment

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher andVisio

  • Excellent time management skills

  • Ability to solicit and communicate business expectations and build strong Client and Stakeholder relationships

  • Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal. Must demonstrate ability to communicate complex concepts to our Business Partners and Leadership
