The Manager - Shared Analytics position is part of a high visibility team responsible for ensuring consistency in quantitative research methodology, analytical Insights creation and information reporting to a number of Home Office and Field Teams. Proven applied research experience with quantitative information or forecasting experience is required, and application within the restaurant industry is desired.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Quantitative focus with experience in trend analysis, statistical techniques or general data analysis.

  • Strong, functional computer aptitude including experience with Microsoft Office products, visualization and database access tools is required.

  • Experience with consumer research techniques (qualitative and quantitative) is a plus.

  • Strong communication skills (oral and written) are necessary for customer contact, report writing and presentation of findings.

  • Experience within the restaurant or related industry is desired.

  • BA required with an emphasis in a related quantitative field (i.e. Marketing Research, Statistics, Finance, Economics, etc.) - Advanced Degree is preferred.

  • Prior working experience (5+ years) in an analytical environment.

Responsibilities:

  • The candidate must have proven proficiencies in data acquisition and manipulation while possessing strong analytical and statistical skills which will support the creation of a variety of analytical tools, models and reports.

  • The candidate will understand and leverage technology in support of the quantitative requirements of this position.

  • Previous experience in analysis and communication of quantitative and qualitative Insights information; including track record of analytical innovation.

  • Ability to interface and consult with a variety of audiences including I/T, Insights and consulting groups.

  • Work as a key member of the Consumer & Business Insights team to continually develop new methods, techniques and leverage technology to enhance our understanding of the business environment
