We are looking for an experienced product leader to join our omni-channel capabilities team, and shape customer experiences that render in the browser, across mobile, tablet and desktop devices. This role demands a relentless focus on the customer, understanding their needs, and ability to create valuable products and services that meet those needs, and create business value.

4+ years of experience in product management, in particular managing large scale CRM solutions across multiple markets.
Bachelor’s Degree required, advanced degree in relevant field preferred (software or design)
Strong business acumen, with solid technical foundation and appreciation for design
Strong collaboration and communication skills
Demonstrated ability to lead by influence: develop trusted relationships that enable collaboration and to lead multi-functional global teams who may not report directly to you
Demonstrated ability to managing competing priorities between multiple stakeholders and markets
Demonstrated skill at project and product planning, including product definition, feature prioritization, trade-off evaluation, and roadmap creation
Demonstrated experience in how to leverage customer data to create engaging customer communications and experiences.
Demonstrate experience of how to manage CRM solutions in markets or sectors with strict data privacy restrictions and regulations.
Experience working on Agile software development projects using various software development methodologies, including Agile/Scrum or XP
Attention to detail across business, technical, and design requirements
Engage with stakeholders to understand their marketing / customer communication strategy, and their needs when it comes to identifying and engaging with known customers across digital channels
Collaborate with web, mobile, kiosk and other channels’ product managers to define omni-channel CRM product integrations.
In collaboration with business, design and technology partners - define CRM solutions that enable us to effectively leverage known customer data and digital channels (web, mobile, kiosk, etc.) to create personalized, engaging and relevant communications for our customers.
Evaluate potential product solutions considering business (viability), technical (feasibility) and consumer (desirability) factors
Capture product solutions in the form of user stories in the backlog
Prioritize product solutions on the global roadmap - based on benefits, costs and alignment with business goals
Guide and support engineering teams through development and test sprints
Perform acceptance testing and sign off of the competed work
Work with and support deployment teams and local market teams to deploy and localize product solutions
Work with go-to-market teams to support new market onboarding and deployment activities, to support deploying your products and services to as many markets as possible
Bring your expertise and help McDonald’s continue to optimize how it builds, deploys and operates digital products to create maximum value for the business and its customers
