Coordinates with Field Marketing Senior Director to act as a consultant/center of excellence to optimize local marketing plans. Partners with the Home Office Strategy and Insights group to ensure consistent evaluation of business performance and identify customer insights/trends. Works collaboratively with Regional Marketing and Insights teams to support emerging needs.

Minimum Requirements:

Required Skills:

Degree in Marketing or Related discipline

5-7 Years of Marketing Experience

3 + years previous Field Marketing experience Highly Desirable

Preferred Skills:

Proficient in Excel and Sales Analysis in synthesizing large amounts of data

Strong Communication skills written & verbal with Leadership Audiences




  • Firm understanding of local market activity

  • Identify drivers and drags in local market performance related to focus, strength of programs, media support, etc.

  • Synthesize Multiple Data Points of Performance and Corresponding Actions to Leadership

  • Provides timely post promotional sales analysis to help identify best bets
