Coordinates with Field Marketing Senior Director to act as a consultant/center of excellence to optimize local marketing plans. Partners with the Home Office Strategy and Insights group to ensure consistent evaluation of business performance and identify customer insights/trends. Degree in Marketing or Related discipline
5-7 Years of Marketing Experience
3 + years previous Field Marketing experience Highly Desirable
Proficient in Excel and Sales Analysis in synthesizing large amounts of data
Strong Communication skills written & verbal with Leadership Audiences
Firm understanding of local market activity
Identify drivers and drags in local market performance related to focus, strength of programs, media support, etc.
Synthesize Multiple Data Points of Performance and Corresponding Actions to Leadership
Provides timely post promotional sales analysis to help identify best bets
Ability to Generate Creative Solutions to satisfy unmet consumer needs
