McDonald’s is looking for a candidate who is passionate about business development to become Manager of Global Menu Strategy, reporting to the Sr. Director of Global Menu Strategy. As a cross functional team leader, the Manager of Global Menu Strategy works effectively across disciplines to support innovative, high grow opportunities that deliver breakthrough solutions to drive sustainable growth for the McDonald’s Business globally. This role requires strategic thinking, a consumer centric approach to innovation, intellectual curiosity, an entrepreneurial spirit, strong project management skills and an appreciation for cross-functional teamwork and collaboration.

Minimum Requirements:

Basic Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (Marketing, Business Management, or related field.)

· Minimum of 5 years progressive experience in a CPG or food related company

· 3 years Project Management experience

· Up to 20% travel

Preferred Qualifications:

· MBA preferred

· Proven organization skills

· Experience in working cross-functionally and globally

· Comfortable dealing with the complexities and ambiguity of innovation

· Ability to identify, interpret and apply critical consumer insights to innovation and new product development, with experience applying varying research methodologies to the process

· Experience directing and collaborating with external partners for development and execution
