The Global People Strategy team is an exciting and innovative new Center of Excellence within our new structure, and the Employer Reputation and Engagement team is one of five core competencies within this Center of Excellence.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in communication or marketing

  • Project management and analytical skillset

  • Working with multiple agencies and engaging across complex stakeholder network

  • Familiar with global branding and multiple market strategy implementation and deployments

  • Understanding of Quick Service Restaurants and Fast Moving Consumer Goods employees is an advantage*LI-TM1IndeedMCD




  • Contribute to the development of the overall global employer brand strategy

  • Understand trends and use data and insights to identify employer brand opportunities

  • Identify and share examples of best practice in employee engagement and employer reputation that the system might wish to scale

  • Partner with the Center of Excellence reputation & engagement team to share knowledge and best practices at all levels

  • Coordinate campaigns that position McDonald's as an employer of choice in the field for multiple markets globally

  • Design tools and programs and facilitate training to develop necessary capabilities within markets and cross functionally improving the internal understanding of employer branding and its value

  • Support the leadership of High Growth and International Lead markets building a cohesive and aligned team of reputation & engagement leads performing at the highest possible level

  • Continuous process improvement as the team establishes itself for efficient execution and resource effectivenessScope of position

  • Impact: Accountable for market performance and building capabilities and team development in 6 markets

  • Expertise: Understand external trends and how engagement and reputation connects with brand positioning

  • Delivering solutions: Straightforward problem solving and clear customer orientation
