Minimum Requirements:

  • Five years prior administrative experience working in a multi-functional environment required

  • Advanced Microsoft Office Skills: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint

  • High level of organizational skills and attention to detail required

  • Ability to multi-task and work in a remote team environment is extremely important.

  • Maintain high level of professionalism and confidentiality

  • Must be proactive, resourceful, and solution oriented, looking for ways to add value and assist the team

Responsibilities:

  • Serves as a primary point of direct administrative contact and liaison with remote staff, other McDonald’s offices, and agencies on a range of specified issues; organizes and facilitates meetings, conferences, and other special events, as required.

  • Will be called upon to coordinate office-wide meetings, ensure that division staff are appropriately included in division communications.

  • Responsible for setting and managing division meeting cadence, gathering and disseminating agendas, using technology to run meetings.

  • Responsible for coordinating meetings with other departments and divisions.

  • Gathers, enters, and/or updates data to maintain departmental records and databases, as appropriate; establishes and maintains files and records for the office.

  • Will be called upon to prepare presentations and reports for division staff.

  • Work with supervisor on budget related items such as: invoice tracking, invoice coding and processing as wellas expense report processing.

  • Heavy calendar management, screening and handling telephone communications, greeting and registering visitors, securing conference rooms and managing administrative inquiries as appropriate.

  • Coordinates and oversees the day-to-day management of supplies, equipment, and facilities for the team and remote workers.

  • Develop an understanding of McDonald’s corporate and U.S. structure for troubleshooting with new and remote team staff.

  • Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
