Five years prior administrative experience working in a multi-functional environment required
Advanced Microsoft Office Skills: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
High level of organizational skills and attention to detail required
Ability to multi-task and work in a remote team environment is extremely important.

Serves as a primary point of direct administrative contact and liaison with remote staff, other McDonald’s offices, and agencies on a range of specified issues; organizes and facilitates meetings, conferences, and other special events, as required.
Will be called upon to coordinate office-wide meetings, ensure that division staff are appropriately included in division communications.
Responsible for setting and managing division meeting cadence, gathering and disseminating agendas, using technology to run meetings.
Responsible for coordinating meetings with other departments and divisions.
Gathers, enters, and/or updates data to maintain departmental records and databases, as appropriate; establishes and maintains files and records for the office.
Will be called upon to prepare presentations and reports for division staff.
Work with supervisor on budget related items such as: invoice tracking, invoice coding and processing as wellas expense report processing.
Heavy calendar management, screening and handling telephone communications, greeting and registering visitors, securing conference rooms and managing administrative inquiries as appropriate.
Coordinates and oversees the day-to-day management of supplies, equipment, and facilities for the team and remote workers.
Develop an understanding of McDonald’s corporate and U.S. structure for troubleshooting with new and remote team staff.
Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
