Description:

Office Assistant - Work closely with the Owner of multiple McDonald's franchises providing administrative support. Minimum 1 year prior office experience required. Strong organizational and communication skills are a must. Ability to multi-task on various projects including record keeping, bill processing, filing, and general office duties. Should be able to work independently with minimal direction. Be comfortable learning and working with different software programs.

Requirements:

Intermediate knowledge of MS Word &Excel, able to create spreadsheets. Minimum 1 year prior office experience Strong communication skills Knowledge of bookkeeping desired

Additional Info:

This is a part-time position. Approximately 25 hours per week.
