Provides leadership, coaching and direction in operating their patch of restaurants at outstanding levels of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. Ensures all company restaurants are incompliance with all McDonalds and Local Health Department Food Safety regulations. Develops routines to ensure GMs are managing profitable restaurants, building sales and gaining community support and loyalty. Proactively teaches and coaches restaurant managers and leadership teams to execute the 12 restaurant operating systems (QSC Playbook). Demonstrates customer first service by consistently observing restaurant operations, troubleshooting shift management, taking on- the-spot corrective actions and recognizing successes. Partners with the Business Consultant and Operator to develop business plans and Action Plans to address the top 3 systems targeted for improvement.
