A Shift Manager shadows the primary the responsibilities of the manager responsibilities. They have great communication skills and able to direct and control a shift. Our Shift Managers ensure that everything is under control during their shifts. Typical responsibilities include overseeing all operations from greeting customers to the quality and speed of service in all of our restaurants. Additionally, shift managers are responsible for overseeing that adequate maintenance of equipment is carried out, keeping track of their outlet’s inventory and monitoring the quality of products supplied.Shift Manager - McDonald’s® company-owned and independent Owner-Operator restaurants are staffed by great people, and right now we’re looking for more of them. Responsibilities • Maintain a safe, clean, and sanitary environment • Direct, teach, and help your shift at all times • Set a good positive attitude and atmosphere while working • Be able to attend store meetings when given • Responsible for controlling shifts by managing people and production. Knowledgeable about all crew positions in the restaurant. Managers lead shifts every week, making sure customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience every visit. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure great Quality, Service and Cleanliness to customers.
