Job Description:

Coordinate, monitor and train the various procedures that are designed to expeditiously complete Real Estate and/or Construction projects and other Regional Real Estate related activity.

Minimum Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience working in customer-facing role cultivating strong relationships

• Strong technical, communication and organization skills

• Highly adaptive and able to manage multiple priorities

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office products, PCA, Rbis, PMO, RCA and CoStar

• Development experience a plus




• Thoroughly knowledgeable of McDonald’s audit requirements and educates others

• Manage ECC/ECM on-boarding and off-boarding process

• Educate and serve as a resource in processes and procedures (i.e. PCA, Rbis, etc)

• Assist in testing enhancement of tools (i.e. PCA, FBI, Rbis)

• Establish/Maintain tools to assist the Field (i.e. ECAC wkbk, Form B, cost estimate wkbk)

• Identify future documents or processes for Docusign

• Communicates and implements corporate policies and procedures

• Develop and enhance policies/procedures for new initiatives with HO COE’s

• Monitors, updates and assists in the coordination of key project schedules and processes to facilitate the execution of the Development Plan

• Ensures that site files are organized, maintained and updated (including keeping Smartsheet and AWS updated)

• Market approach: Create projects/budgets/Purchase Orders in PCA, manage completion of services and receipt invoices

• May assist FET’s in processing legal clearances and third party consent

• Update Smartsheet and Web Location Manager as relevant

• Partner with Technology team on rollout of new tools
